Reading Buddhist Priory

There is a small layby directly outside the priory. Please do not park here as it is the space used by our neighbour. There are usually places across the road to the right, or further up past the priory on the left.

Travel by public transprt;

From Reading railway station, catch the number 5 bus. There is major work going on at the station, but it will not affect your journey. As you leave the station, look slightly to your left and go straight ahead down this road for a short way. There is a row of bus stops and the number 5 stops at the third stop here. You need exact change of £1.80 each way. Most of the buses have the next stop shown on an electronic screen on the side of the stairway to the upper deck. If not, ask for 'Buckland Road Circle'.

When you get off the bus keep walking in the direction you are going to the roundabout. The library is on your left. Turn left into Cressingham road.

The priory is the 4th house on the left.
