Reading Buddhist Priory

Festivals: Each month, on a Sunday morning (see Event Calendar), we celebrate one of the festivals of the Buddhist calendar. We aim to start the ceremony at 11am and then have tea together and a talk, with the opportunity to ask questions. If you wish, you may come earlier for meditation at 9.15am or 10am.
This is followed by a social lunch. Please bring vegetarian food (no fish either please) to share if you would like to stay for this.

Reading of the Precepts: This ceremony usually takes place once a month and is open to all who practice in this tradition. It is usually as part of a retreat.
