Meditation Day

A drop-in meditation day. Come at any time and stay for as long as you like. We will have a 40 minute meditation period on the hour, every hour, from 9am until the last meditation period at 5pm. Each meditation period will be followed by 10 minutes of walking meditation and a 10 minute break. It will be a silent day.

Please ring the doorbell to be let in during the 10 minute break before each hour (e.g. between 9.50 and 10am).

You are welcome to bring a packed lunch, and you can take a break any time by missing out one of the meditation periods.

There is no need to book in advance - just turn up.
