Other Weekend RetreatsThree or four times a year, we arrange external retreats at centres in the south of England. These provide an opportunity to leave behind your usual activities and responsibilities and turn within for a silent weekend of practice with others. For these you do ideally need to have experience of our tradition and be confortable to sit in meditation for 30 - 35 minutes several times a day. There is also teaching and opportunities to ask questions in a group or privately if you wish. Details will be given in the main calendar, as we approach each retreat. |
